Artist’s Statement

Hello! Welcome!

I’m Mackenzie Bukens, a second year BFA Graphic Design major working towards a Digital Arts and Sciences minor student at the University of Florida.

I am on the executive board for the University of Florida’s Thrift Club in which I create graphic design content for the club’s Instagram and monthly newsletter.

I am part of the 2025 University of Florida Preview Staff Cohort sponsored by New Student and Family Programing at the university.

I’m well-versed in traditional and digital mediums with certificates in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

I previously attended Design and Architecture Senior High in Miami, Florida.
